Take two (2) capsules once daily. For best absorption, take at least 30 minutes away from food. If you experience nausea, consider taking Egg Quality Support right before or with a meal.
Two capsules daily is an effective dosage and may be supportive based on your individual needs. Store fully sealed at room temperature.
