Wear instead of pads, liners, or tampons—or as backup with a cup or disc.
Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash cold. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Do not machine dry; heat can damage the leakproof lining.
Not intended for use longer than 12 hours without changing/washing.
