WHAT IS IT?

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is a climbing vine native to the southeastern United States, recognized for its beautiful, intricate flowers. It has been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine to promote calm and relaxation. The whole plant is used in herbal preparations, but the leaves and stems are particularly valued for their active compounds.

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Passionflower is known for its ability to support relaxation and promote a sense of calm during times of occasional stress. It is also commonly used to promote restful sleep and can help with occasional sleeplessness by calming an overactive mind.

Adults take 3 capsules, once daily, on an as-needed basis.
