1. Using clean, dry hands, remove ear plugs from package
2. With your hands, gently mold each ear plug into a round ball. Do not break into smaller pieces
3. Gently press onto ear canal covering outer ear and flatten until comfortable to enjoy pure silence

• Use whole plug only (do not cut, stretch or break apart)
• Adult supervision recommendation for those under age 15
• Not for scuba or depths over 10 ft
• Keep away from babies and small children—may pose choking risk
