When: Before bathing, on dry skin
How: Use long, upward strokes toward the heart. Focus on arms, legs, and torso. Avoid sensitive or broken skin.
Dosage: 1x per area
Use: 2–3 times per week

Magnesium Bath Enhancer
When: During bath
How: Shake bottle, pump 4–6 times into warm water as the tub fills. Swirl to distribute. Soak for 15–20 minutes.
Dosage: 4–6 pumps per bath
