WHAT IS IT?

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a tall, flowering plant native to Europe and Asia, known for its use in traditional herbal remedies. Its leaves and flowers are commonly used in herbal teas and tinctures.

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Mullein supports respiratory health by soothing the mucous membranes of the throat and lungs. It is also used to promote healthy breathing and clear the respiratory tract during seasonal challenges.

Adults take 1 capsule 2 times daily between meals. Suitable for long-term use.
