Application: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapplication: Reapply at least every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Amount: Use approximately 1 ounce (about a shot glass full) for full body coverage.
Daily Use: Suitable for daily use on both body and face.
