WHAT IS IT?

Echinacea is a flowering plant in the daisy family, native to North America and used for centuries by Native Americans and eclectic physicians. It is commonly known as the purple coneflower and is revered for its immune-supporting properties. Two primary species, Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia, are widely used in herbal supplements.

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Echinacea supports immune health and helps the body maintain overall wellness, particularly during times of seasonal stress. The root contains naturally occurring compounds that promote a healthy immune response, while the aerial parts are traditionally used to support general immune function. Some studies suggest it may help the body manage normal inflammation and support respiratory health.

Adults take 2 capsules 5 times daily for 2 days at onset. Repeat if necessary.
