Tarragon Vinaigrette Recipe

Looking to add fresh life into your salad game? This Tarragon Vinaigrette can do just that!
This recipe is uniquely infused with Fresh Tarragon- contributing a delicate licorice-like flavor. Lightly sweetened with agave, and a gentle spice of Dijon. The lemon olive oil provides an invitation to dream of fields of lemon trees soaked in sunshine.
Tarragon Vinaigrette:
1 TB Shallot - finely chopped
3/4 cup Lemon Olive Oil (We like McEvoy Ranch)
1/4 cup Champagne Vinegar (We like Brightland)
1 TB Fresh Tarragon - chopped
1-2 tsp Agave
1-2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Salt (We like Pineapple Collaborative)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a 16 ounce mason jar and cover with lid.
Shake vigorously until oil and vinegar are emulsified.
Use while it is fresh, but can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 5 days.
