Apply a small amount of the castor oil to your scalp (and optionally to your ends), wrap with the included cotton hair wrap, relax for 30–60 min (or overnight), then rinse and proceed with your regular shampoo & conditioner.
Do not use if allergic to castor oil or cotton fabric wraps. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on scalp if you have very sensitive skin or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
