- Place dropper bottle in bowl of hot water until oil feels warm to the touch.
- Tilt head to the side and place 1-2 drops of warmed oil inside the ear canal. (Do not insert the dropper inside the ear.)
- Next, apply 3-4 drops around the base of the ear and massage all around.
- Gently pull the ear out, up and down, to encourage drainage. Apply every hour as needed.
- For external use only.
- Do not use if eardrum is ruptured or if there is known ear damage.
