Using light, gentle strokes:
- Start at the décolleté and move inward toward the chest
- Sweep upward along the neck toward the jaw
- Move along the jawline up and out toward the ears
- Brush cheeks, lips, and under eyes outward toward the ears
- Sweep upward on the forehead, then outward toward the hairline
- Finish by brushing downward along the neck
Repeat on both sides of the face, spending about 30 seconds per area
