- To remove, pinch the base to release the seal, gently pull out, and empty.

Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.
During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.
- Not recommended for individuals with an IUD unless advised by a healthcare provider.
- Those with known silicone allergies should avoid use.
- Always consult a medical professional if you have concerns about pelvic or reproductive health before use.
Saalt cups are FDA-registered, tested for biocompatibility, and manufactured in an ISO 13485 certified facility to ensure safety and quality. Each cup is rigorously tested for material integrity and free from harmful chemicals.
