Haskill Lately: Fresh Starts, Calm Skin & Upcoming Events

Hello, hello—and happy January. As the days stay cold and the calendar starts filling back up, we’ve been leaning into what feels good right now: checking items off of our to-do lists, nourishing routines, and small moments of beauty that make winter feel a little brighter (even on those SUPER dark mornings). The start of a new year doesn’t have to mean pressure or perfection—it can simply be a chance to reset, refocus, and make space for what supports you best.

That mindset is what inspired our latest blog feature, New Year, New… Cells? A Guide to Cellular Renewal. This year, we’re thinking beyond resolutions and zooming in on what’s happening right inside us—at the cellular level. Our bodies are in a constant state of renewal, and simple things like omega-3s, fatty acids, electrolytes, and trace minerals can help support that natural process. It’s not about doing more—it’s about nourishing the foundation so your cells (and your energy) can thrive every day.

We’re also bringing that same reset energy to skincare with our Ceramide Product Guide, which breaks down what ceramides actually do and why they’re one of the most important building blocks of a healthy skin barrier.
