Wash hands thoroughly before use.
Fold the cup (C-fold or punch-down fold works best) and insert.
The soft silicone opens gently to form a seal.
Wear up to 12 hours, then remove, empty, rinse, and reinsert.
Sterilize between cycles with boiling water or the Saalt Steamer.

Sanitize your cup before first use and before or after each period. You can do this by boiling your cup, wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or using the Saalt Steamer or Saalt Compact Sanitizer.

During your period, you will want to clean your cup at least once every 12 hours. You can do so by rinsing the cup with cold water (to prevent staining) and then washing the cup with hot water and Saalt Wash or another wash that is mild, pH-balanced, fragrance-free, oil-free, and rinses clean with no residue.

Not recommended for individuals with a known silicone allergy.
